Impact

The resounding success of the It's Personal campaign achieved more than just a financial goal. It has created a profound and lasting impact. The campaign ended on June 30, 2017, and the university and its faculty, staff and students are already benefiting from scholarship opportunities, programs and initiatives resulting from the generosity of donors and the impact they have made through this campaign.

Scholarships

One hundred thirty seven new Named Academic and Athletic Scholarships totaling more than $26 million have already been established as a direct result of the It’s Personal campaign. These scholarships continue to empower Bloomsburg University’s commitment to admitting students from all backgrounds based on their ability, not their ability to pay.

Faculty Support

Faculty Support

Nine new Named Endowed Professorships and Fellowships have been established throughout the It's Personal campaign. These allow Bloomsburg University to better position our institution to recruit, retain and recognize outstanding faculty who devote themselves to encouraging the success of our students.

Professional U

Professional U

Eleven Professional Experience Grants have been designated in support of Professional U, helping us to reach our goal of providing every student with one professional experience each year until graduation. In addition, Professional U supports two, new college-based institutes that combine curriculum with professional experiences.

Emerging Opportunities

Emerging Opportunities

An additional priority of the It's Personal campaign was to provide resources that would enable the university to seize emerging opportunities that will directly benefit our students. These opportunities have resulted in major improvements across our campus, including renovations to Sutliff Hall, home of the Zeigler College of Business. In addition, the construction of the Greenly Center in downtown Bloomsburg has helped to strengthen the university's partnership with the community.
